This type of reeds is made by tying the selected quality cane to the staple with the nylon string, the rest is for the player to finish.
The reeds without ears is a common reeds to all oboist. Compare to the reeds with ears, the resistance is smaller, the second octave is less stable, but for the oboists who have used to play the reeds without ears, there is no difference. This shaper is also developed by Mr.Lin Qing.
