Qing LIN, as our specially invited chief inspector, (currently teaching at die Hochschule für Musik und Theater “Felix Mendelsohn Bartholdy “ in Germany and the Xi ‘an Conservatory of Music in China), supervises in selecting quality cane, unique scraping parameter, exclusive standards of mould, and accurate scraping and binding technique. Every reed is adjusted and tested by Qing, thus a highly finished product. Considering the differences of every individual player’s style, habit, instrument and the region, players needs for reeds are very different.
